Artificial nail help?!?

Okay so I got some artificial nails and when i took them off all of my nails were soft and damaged?! I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it? 10 points best answer!

i get my nails done all the time. i have noticed that they do this because when you go for your fill-in or have them appllied in general the have to use a tool to kind of file your nails and that makes them thin and brittle. i finally just grew my nails out with the acrylic nails and then had the acrylic nails taken off. by this time my real nails were long so i just had acrylic put on my real nails to keep them from breaking.Artificial nail help?!?
The damage is from the filing they do on your nail bed to enable the glue to adhere to the acrylic. I've found Rock Hard to work the best on my own nails. Check out the link below. Note that it will take a few weeks for them to grow back to normal, but this stuff is great!

mine are like yours but i didnt any artificial ones! it is said that nails need calcium u could either eat alot of calcium like cheese or else i bought a nailpolish which gives calcium to your nails its really cool
there's this nail polish that you can buy which strengthens your nails. i think its called revita nail. it usually takes about two weeks...
