well, i would say its never too early to start taking care of how you look and trying to be your best! i would say its ok but make sure you file them to make them not too long and not too short!

Is not because of your age (you are not to young anyway) but because the glue that will damage your skin and nails...and believe me... you will need your nails healthy in the future. Also... with all the high school ';movement'; you will probably loose them and your money very soon.
no any age can wear nails!!! if you are talking do it yourself nails, if they are done proffessionally i would say maybe too young to have them done all the time, because it is high, but every now and then is okay, if its just fake nails go ahead, i have a little niece who is 8 or 9 and wears them all the time
I think 12 is way to young to have fake nails on. If you want your nails to look nice I think its okay for your mom to take you to get a manicure once in a while but not artificial nails. Wait a while till you're like 16.

I do think you are too young. Can't you just enjoy your youth with your friends for awhile longer? You have your whole life ahead of you!
I'd agree with the ';too young'; crowd. You can damage your nails when you're older.





I would NEVER let my kids get artificial nails!
Some people think it's too young, but i would say ';Go for it'; just don't make them too long, short and cute is better :)
no, it is not okay....grow your natural nails out and polish them. fake nails are gross!
I think you are too young. I'm sure you still play on the playground and watch out if you hit a nail, it hurts.
why do u want to grow up so soon at 12 you should be worrying about your lessons not about nails
