Yes, I have had that problem. I think it's actually with the top coat of polish. So now I get ';solar nails.'; They are more expensive, but they don't have a clear coat on top. They are still shiny, they buff them to a shine. But now I don't have any problems with my moisturizer (also with SPF), or added sunblock.

Sunscreen interacting with artificial nails?
Anyone have issues with sunsreen making acrylic or gel artificial nails sticky? This happened to me years ago on my honeymoon, I then had the nails removed. I just had some put on again and they seem to get sticky after I use my facial moisturizer that has sunscreen in it. Anyone else have this issue?Sunscreen interacting with artificial nails?
