What do you suggest I do to keep my nails from breaking now that I removed my artificial nails?

My nails are weak, brittle and they curve in on the edges once they grow. I have been getting solar nails consistantly for almost 10 years and the few times I tried to go natural they would peel and the edges would curve in making them very unattractive. What do you suggest I do help them be strong so I can save some money!!!!!What do you suggest I do to keep my nails from breaking now that I removed my artificial nails?
Go to lush.com and order ';Lemony Flutter';....it is technically for your cuticles, but I too have very brittle nails and this stuff is AMAZING!What do you suggest I do to keep my nails from breaking now that I removed my artificial nails?
put clear nail polish on them....i was the same way but mine have grown out cuz i keep clear polish on them specialy the sally hensen daily stuff it hardens them, trust me girl
During night times dip your finger in rose water or sandalwood oil. This will make your nails to grow stonger. For time being dont use any nail polishes.Due to nail polish some effects will occur depending upon your nail molecular structure.
cut them short for awhile, then they wont chip or anything, so after awhile, they will be really strong, and you can grow them.
i think the damage (from the fakes) have been done and they will be brittle and weak until they grow back. sally hansen has a polish called hard as nails that works pretty good. or maybe start taking a multi vitamin to help them grow back healthier faster.
