What type of artificial nails are best?

I've never gotten artificial nails before, so I'm unsure of which ones to get. I'm 13 and a dancer, so I need something that won't ruin easily. It can't be super expensive or super long. I'd like something with a french nail design, that matches with everything. I also would like something that doesn't hurt too bad when it comes off! Which do you recommend? About how much will it cost?What type of artificial nails are best?
i would personally just grow out my own nails a little [or a lot..your choice] and get them cut and shaped at the nail salon.do the design on your own nails and its SO much better [HEALTHYY] for your nails.if not then i would recommend acrylic.i had them once,and only once because i prefer my own nails, before and they never broke on me.they're cute and all just make sure you go to the salon to remove them[it'll hurt less] even though i personally took them off myself.prices for acrylic range from $25-30.with your own nails it is A LOT cheaper and did i mention more HEALTHYY :D

get your nails done at the shop and get regular plain french cause even after it grows some it'll still look nice...and the shop can take them off for you too... average price runs from $25 to $30 and they do last long..
